I have been a Physical Therapist for over 42 years. I specialize in Home Care Physical Therapy which is very demanding on my hands. Some patients are bedridden and severely disabled. My hands are my tools, but in the past few years, my hands had gotten riddled with arthritis, and have given me severe pain. I had to sleep with splints on both hands.
